Mills established Torrington Dental
Practice in November 1997 as a single surgery practice offering NHS
and private dental care for the population of Great Torrington and
the surrounding area.
The growth of the practice was astonishing and a second surgery was
added in 1998. Growth continued and the practice relocated in October
2003 to enable further expansion and a partnership was formed between
Ian Mills, John Evans and Zena Brenchley. A part time associate, Tom
Greeves, then joined the partners.

In March 2004,
we became the first practice in Devon to enter PDS, operating
a pilot scheme within the Southwest Peninsula Options for Change
Programme. In August 2004, a fourth surgery was established
after the successful recruitment of another dentist, Rhys Gabe,
who became a partner of the practice in August 2005 |
